Shipping policy

76 West Boot Co, LLC ships premium handcrafted western boots within the United States from our Oklahoma City facility. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Our boots are produced in limited runs by master bootmakers, so individual styles or sizes may occasionally be on backorder. If a delay is expected on your order, we will email you directly.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders over $250. Expedited options and exact rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and selected method. Standard delivery typically arrives 4–8 business days after processing is complete.

California restriction on genuine python

We are unable to ship our genuine python styles to addresses in California. California law prohibits the sale of python within the state, so at checkout no shipping option will be available for these items on a California address.

This restriction applies only to genuine python. Every other style we carry ships to California with no restriction — including our lizard-embossed leather boots, which are hand-tooled genuine cowhide finished to capture the same exotic look.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at 76westbootco@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
